Today, three customized 600-ton melamine molding machines are officially shipped to Shunhao’s overseas partner specialized in melamine sanitary products. These machines features reinforced heavy tension columns and large-diameter piston structure, which delivers stable and uniform pressing force. They are specially configured for thick-wall melamine products, including melamine wash basins and toilet seat covers. Shunhao factory adjusted the pressure holding time, heating plate temperature range and opening stroke according to the customer’s product drawings during manufacturing.

Pressure endurance test, hydraulic system leak test and mold trial were fully finished in our workshop. The customer joined the pre-shipment inspection through live video call and approved all machine performance indicators. Once the machines arrive at the port, our after-sales team will coordinate installation planning, hydraulic oil guidance and maintenance training. Spare parts kit is included in this shipment for early-stage operation.
